ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return the piece within 14 days of receipt for a refund (please note that the refund will exclude the shipping/insurance costs – unless the return is due to defect/damage), see our shipping policy to learn more about the great care we go to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Email or call us at 1-480-941-3442 in advance of your return to receive authorization from J Klein Gallery.

SHIPPING A RETURN

Once you receive authorization, the item must be returned to J Klein Gallery within the 14 days of authorization.  It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination, so make sure you allow enough time.

The cost of returning/insuring the item will be your responsibility. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit.  We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The item needs to be returned in the same condition and original packaging to: The J Klein Gallery:  7136 East Main Street, Scottsdale, AZ. 85251. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

RECEIVED INCORRECT/DAMAGED PIECE

Please call us immediately (1-480-941-3442) and we will instruct you to return the piece in its original packaging materials. Once we have received the return and can agree that the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit, we will process your claim if damaged or send you the correct piece.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your purchase, please follow the normal return process and then place a new order online or contact us.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately (1-480-941-3442). If the order has already been processed, there may be a delay in canceling and refunding your order.

*Please be aware that custom pieces or special orders cannot be returned.  Acceptance of returns outside of the 14 days timeframe will be at the discretion of J Klein Gallery.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
